About the event
These Sacred Sisterhood Circles are here for you to have a safe space to express and let go of your heavy emotions without fear of judgment. You will be met with acceptance, compassion, and Sisterhood that will continue to deepen the more you show up for yourself.
The intention for the circle is to bring each woman peace, healing, and connection. You will undoubtedly leave feeling lighter and more relaxed.
We will begin with a guided meditation and/or journaling exercise that will help connect you to energies in need of healing or release. These activities will offer you tools to help you reconnect with yourself: your energy, your body, your emotions, and the universe. Pens and notebooks will be available, or feel free to bring your own.
We will then move on to a talking/sharing circle. Each participant will have her turn to speak about what has been going on…
